Vanilla "Bourbon" sugar

Description

Existent of a mixture of sugar and natural extract of vanilla "Bourbon", the vanilla sugar has a pretty beige colour clearly.

Taste

soft Notes of leather and honey.

Madagascar

Use

The vanilla sugar accompanies subtly fruits, yoghurts and cool or beaten creams, pancakes and stewed fruits.
It has its place on the table in a sugar bowl pourer.

simple Recipe

Pancakes in the vanilla sugar "Bourbon"

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gr of flour with cakes
  • 1 glass of liquid yoghurt
  • 3 tablespoonfuls of whipping cream
  • 1 glass of milk Sweetens "Bourbon" vanilla

 

  • Put eggs, yoghurt, cream and to blend.
  • Add the flour then the milk.
  • Make heat an anti-sticky frying pan and a hot time pour paste and make pancakes.
  • Serve with the delightful vanilla sugar.
