What is the difference between fruit juice & nectar?

Pure juices are elaborated by pressing fruits & vegetables.

In this case, it's simple to separate juice from pulp, like apple, ananas or carrot.

No need to add water or aditives.

Nectar is elaborated from fruits which is more difficult to separate juice from pulp.

For example peach, apricot, mango but also berries like blueberry, raspherry or blackcurrant.

After the result of a fruit purée, you just add water, sugar and acid in order to find the fruit original flavours.
