Dessert - orange spices salad


  • 4 oranges
  • 1 freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoonfuls of russet sugar
  • 1 spoon of cinnamon
  • 1 spoon of ginger
  • 4 cloves
  • 10 flowers of star anise
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg


  • Peel oranges with screw by taking away the intermediate white skin
  • Cut orange in fine edges
  • Take a sample of qualque barks d 'orange which you will make confire in the russet sugar
  • Blend oranges, spices and pieces d 'orange confits, cut in fine small strips
  • Water with lemon juice
  • Put in the refrigerator hanging a few hours before to serve
