Fish in the oven to the Mexican

for 4 persons


  • 4 pavings of cod (about 200 g. or mérou, vivaneau)
  • 3 tomatoes cut in small dices
  • 1/2 spoon with coffee of cumin
  • 1/2 spoon with coffee of chilli of Jamaïque
  • 1/2 spoon with coffee of ground cinnamon
