Mixed salad leaves and shoots of spinach, fresh French beans, in the nets of rabbit and oil of pine nuts

Time of preparation 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 nets of rabbit
  • 200 g fresh French beans
  • 100 g of shoots of spinach
  • 200 g of salad, 2 shallots
  • 1 boot of parsley
  • 50 cl of oil of pure pine kernel
  • 50 g of pine nuts
  • 50 cl of juice of veal

Preparation:

  • Cook the French beans, reserve.
  • Sort out the salad and the shoots of spinach.
  • Fry the nets, keep them them warm.
  • Deglaze the frying pan with the juice of veal and rise to the oil of pine nuts, more French beans, and organize on the plates.
  • Slice thinly the nets of rabbit, arrange them on French beans, and make slightly color the pine nuts in the pan and then strew on the plate at the time of serving.
  • Do not forget the line of oil of pine nuts at last.
