Mixed spices: Recipes

Mixed spices for salads

  • Prepare vinaigrette with lemon juice, oil, salt and mixed salads.
  • Pass the sweet pepper under the grill of your oven until the skin blackens and cracks.
  • Remove it gently. Cut peppers in half, remove seeds and expand them into strips.
  • Wash the courgettes (zucchinis) and slice them into thin slices as well as the onion.
  • Pour the ingredients into a bowl and drizzle with the vinaigrette.
  • Place in the refrigerator.
  • Cut cheese into cubes and add them before serving.

Mixed spices for pastry

  • Cut candied fruits in dices.
  • Make them wallow with the grapes in the rum.
  • Butter a loaf pan. In a terrine, work the butter cut in pieces with the sugar until the mixture is very homogeneous.
  • Add eggs one by one.
  • Mix the flour, the yeast, the salt and the mixture of spices, before integrating it little by little into the preparation.
  • Add the dices of candied fruits and raisins.
  • Put in the oven during 15 min. Th. 6/7. Then prolong the cooking 45 min. Th. 4/5.
  • Let cool before turning out.

Mixed spices for pizza

  • Scald tomatoes to peel them more easily.
  • Deseed them and chop boorishly.
  • Peel and cut finely shallots andgarlic.
  • Remove the heads of the large prawns, peel them and remove the black vein.
  • Cut nets and squids in strip. In a frying pan, make return in the olive oil, the garlic and the shallot, then add squids, the large  prawns and fish, salt and sprinkle with some mixture of spices.
  • Let cook 3 - 4 min on lively fire by moving, take off.
  • In the frying pan, put tomatoes, tomato puree, wine and a glass of water.
  • Let simmer.
  • Proceed to the cooking of pastas, and then drain them.
  • Warm the seafood’s in the sauce for some minutes then mix the whole in the pastas.
  • Serve immediately
