Oysters in the ginger and in the lime

For 2 persons

Ingredients

  • 12 oysters
  • 1/2 spoon with coffee of rasped cool ginger
  • 2 tablespoonful of Thai sauce of fish or of nuoc-mâm
  • 1 tablespoonful of carved cool coriander
  • 2 tablespoonful of lump sugar
  • Lime

Preparation

  • Open the oysters and detach them of them shells
  • Dispose the oysters on a bed of cracked ice or big salt
  • Blend the ginger, the sauce of fish, coriander and the sugar
  • Pour a little sauce on every oyster
  • Introduce the rest in the centre of the tray in a small bowl
  • Serve with the quarters of lime
