Plancha cuttlefish

Ingredients:

  • Cuttlefishes
  • Sun olive oil French Cooker
  • Sun vinegar French Cooker

 

Recipe:

  • Clean the cuttlefishes
  • Dry it in absorbing paper before the marinade
  • Mix together with sun oil and let's marinate for 1 hour
  • Throw cuttlefishes on the hot plancha and grilled it
  • At the end of cooking, deglaze it with sun vinegar

 

Serve it for an aperitif or a starter, perfect with a green salad!
