Roasted figs in Vanilla syrup


  • 12 fresh figs
  • 20 cl of whipped cream.
  • 10 grilled crushed hazelnuts
  • Vanilla Bourbon syrup


  • In a gratin dish arrange figs opened in four.
  • Pour the syrup in net on the figs.
  • Place in the warm oven 5 to10 minutes.
  • Take out the cooked figs and place on each of them a spoonful of beaten cream and add the grilled hazelnuts and as a final touch a net of vanilla syrup.

Suggestion of the Chef

  • Add according to the envy a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
