Salt cod pounded and red mullet filets browned in the sesame oil

Time of preparation: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of desalinated cod
  • 8 red mullet filets without fish bones
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 1 zucchini (courgette)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 celery roll
  • 50 cl of milk
  • Bay leaves
  • Thyme, garlic
  • 50 cl of sesame oil
  • 100 g of Parmesan cheese

Preparation

  • Poach the cod in the milk with thyme, garlic and laurel, 15 to 20 minutes in quivering milk.
  • Cook jacket potatoes.
  • Once all cooked, crush in the spatula the cod, and potatoes.
  • Mix it up with the sesame oil, to prepare a burnoose of carrots, zucchini, celery rolls, cooked in salted water and to mix it with a spatula into the salt cod pounded.
  • Raise in a soup plate, put 2 red mullet filets on the salt cod pounded, strew with the Parmesan cheese and brown in the oven.
  • When serving, put a line of sesame oil on the dish.
